Our Company

Weston Security Systems is a small independent security solutions provider based in Toronto, Ontario. We service clients across Canada within a number of key market sectors, including; commercial real estate, small businesses, hospitality, and residential communities. Our company started from humble beginnings and our customer first attitude is what propels our high service standards.

Anthony Greco, President

As company President, Anthony is often the first point of contact with our customers. From assisting you with a needs assessment or a cost estimate for installation services, you can count on Anthony to ensure your security requirements are met to satisfaction.

Anthony started in the lock & security industry in 2005 with a company that was at the time, the largest and oldest locksmithing firm in Toronto. Throughout his tenure, he held numerous customer facing, field service, and management roles in the organization. With over 15 years experience in security systems, Anthony has a breadth of knowledge in all facets of the physical security industry. Having worked with a diverse group of customers over the years, Anthony has been involved in a wide variety of projects and has built a reputation on being solution oriented and customer first.

Barbara Greco, VP of Finance

The strength of our company is supported by effective financial, administrative and operational activities managed by Barbara. She is responsible for all aspects of our financial management, control and regulatory reporting requirements for the Company.

Barbara has held numeous roles for large companies over the span of her 15 year carrer in administration and finance. Prior to Weston Security Systems, she held an accounting role at H&R Properties, one of Canada's largest Real Estate Investment Trust companies. Her experience includes several other major undertakings including roles at an early Toronto technology startup and more traditional companies such as Home Depot Canada.

Jonathan Francis, VP of Operations

Customers of Weston Security Systems regularily interact with our Account Manager Jonathan. From project initiation to commissioning of your security systems, he is working digiligenty with our teams to ensure your needs are installed efficiently and operate as described. He is client focused, but also hands on!

Jonathan started in the security industry as a client solutions manager. Previous to Weston Security, he was the Director of Client Relations for a major security solutions provider in Toronto. He brings 14 years of experience managing accounts from across a large spectrum of facilities including several Fortune 500 companies and major commercial real estate companies.

Jazton White, Sales Executive

Jazton White began his career with our company as a field technician and, through hard work and technical excellence, was promoted to Supervisor before moving into his current Sales role. His background in hands-on installation and service gives him a deep, practical understanding of our products and our customers’ needs. Jazton is extremely knowledgeable in the Onity hospitality brand, including hospitality locking systems, service and support, and the Onity Passport Lock platform. He played a key role in the setup and deployment of Onity software and served as the primary trainer, providing clear, effective instruction to both internal teams and customers.

In addition to access control, Jazton has developed strong expertise in CCTV systems, structured cabling, and automatic door operator installations. His technical background allows him to bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring solutions are designed correctly from day one and supported properly in the field.

Tangil Alam, Senior Technician | Inventory & Parts Manager

Tangil Alam has been a valued member of our team for several years and plays a critical role in both technical operations and internal support. As a Senior Technician, Tangil brings extensive hands-on experience with the Onity hospitality product line, including lock hardware, parts replacement, full installations, and software configuration. He is highly knowledgeable in Onity systems and is well versed in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system support, allowing him to efficiently resolve complex issues in the field.

In addition to his technical expertise, Tangil oversees Inventory and Parts Management, ensuring that critical components are accurately tracked, organized, and readily available to support our technicians and customers. Tangil’s combination of technical skill, system knowledge, and operational oversight makes him an essential part of our team and a trusted resource for both field technicians and management.

Matthew Moore, Technical Installation & Training Specialist

Matthew Moore is a key member of the Weston Security technical team and has quickly established himself as one of the company’s most reliable and knowledgeable field specialists. Through hands-on experience and a strong commitment to excellence, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of our core product lines and installation standards. Matthew specializes in the supply and installation of Onity electronic locking systems, automatic door operators, and commercial mechanical hardware. He is highly proficient in system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless project execution from delivery through final commissioning. What truly sets Matthew apart is his dedication to customer service. Because of his product knowledge and professional approach, he serves as Weston Security’s primary on-site trainer for many of our clients. He works directly with hotel management teams, facility operators, and staff to ensure they fully understand their systems and feel confident operating them. His ability to clearly explain technical concepts in a practical, easy-to-understand way reflects the high service standards Weston Security is known for.

Matthew takes pride in delivering clean, precise installations and ensuring every project meets manufacturer specifications and our company’s quality benchmarks. His professionalism, technical skill, and customer-first mindset make him an integral part of the Weston Security team.

Over a span of 28 years, Bill has worked with some of the largest locksmiths in Canada on complex mechanical and electronic security projects. Recipient of numerous awards including recognition from the Association of Ontario Locksmiths.

Alarm System Specialist

With over 30 years of technical experience, Mike manages complex alarm installations at Weston and is a Certified Fire Alarm Technician with the CFAA.

Door Specialist

20 years of expertise in door operators, and barrier free access solutions. He is also certified through the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers.

A well rounded professional with over 15 years experience, Andy performs a wide variety of networking, digital software, and electronic security solutions to our client base.
